At Redo, the growth has come through distinct chapters: senior product engineering and Shopper AI leadership, then company-level AI operations. Each role has sat close to the place where software, business process, and AI capability become real operating leverage.
- Head of AI Ops Feb 2026 - Present
Now lead applied AI operations: identifying high-leverage workflows, designing agentic systems around them, and making those systems reliable enough to run inside day-to-day teams.
- Senior Software Engineer / Shopper AI Team Lead Jul 2025 - Feb 2026
Joined as a senior engineer and led Shopper AI, an omnichannel helpdesk and chat widget. Helped grow revenue by 200% to $1.25M ARR before moving into AI Ops in Feb 2026.
I grew from intern to Software Engineer II at Lucid, moving from product-usage and metrics tooling into site reliability engineering for the infrastructure, observability, and operational systems behind Lucid's production environment.
- Software Engineer II May 2024 - Jul 2025
Returned full-time on site reliability engineering, focused on production systems and the tooling that lets product teams move quickly without losing reliability.
- Software Engineer Intern Summer 2023
Worked with data infrastructure on internal systems for understanding product usage and operational metrics.
I completed an Honors BS + MS in Computer Science, specializing in systems and AI/ML. I also built WormWorld, a desktop application for C. elegans genetics researchers, translating lab workflows around genetic crosses and scheduling into a practical research tool.
I worked on InfluxDB and developer-facing tooling for time-series data, including an InfluxQL shell and a proof-of-concept geotemporal visualization.
Earlier work centered on applied automation: computer vision models, internal operations tools, analytics dashboards, CRM integrations, and research software. These were useful apprenticeship years; the throughline matters more than the mechanics of each role.
